Exploring GITMO: A Discussion on the Supreme Court's Decision in Boumediene v. Bush.

In celebration of National Constitution Day, South Texas College of Law is pleased to host a panel discussion on the recent Supreme Court case, Boumediene v. Bush. National security law professors, John Radsan (William Mitchell College of Law) and Geoffery Corn (South Texas College of Law) will discuss several key issues and concerns from the Supreme Court’s holding. Both professor’s have impressive backgrounds in National security law and have written extensively on the subject matter. Moreover, this panel will segue into South Texas College of Law’s Fall symposium: Law, Ethics, and the War on Terror. The public is welcome to attend.
